I’m a landscape photographer from Yorkshire.

I have spent a large part of the last 12 years exploring mountainous areas of Europe and further afield and the opportunities they provide. Immersing myself in climbing, skiing, BASE jumping and paragliding has allowed me to experience the mountains in all their glory. Photography has enabled me to document some of these adventures and I hope the images on this site convey just some of the sense of awe that I find in wild places.

In contrast to the serenity of the natural environment, I also enjoy capturing the artistry in manmade cityscapes, particularly using long exposure techniques at night.

Photography, particularly landscapes has, for me, become a mindful process. Helping me to take a step back from the chaotic world we inhabit, to appreciate the beauty in our surroundings.
